Everything you need to know and do as a struggling business owner to go from barely surviving burn-out to an automated, thriving business:
Creating a business plan
Digitizing and organizing all of your client intake forms, questionnaires, service agreements, and vet records into a cloud-based filing system
Complete Website Review or Creating a website that attracts the right clients
Determining your prices (hourly vs packages)
Launching an automated Online Training Course to supplement/replace your training and your income
Choosing the right training program for your clients (private lessons, board & train, day training, group classes, Zoom consultations, online training courses)
Understanding and attracting your ideal client using proven SEO & Social Media strategies
Developing a successful client communication system (inquiry forms, questionnaires, voicemail/text messages, emails, sales calls, testimonial requests, etc) in order to make the sale from initial contact to testimonial review
Learning how to use Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Classroom, Google Drive, for all of your client communication, appointments, homework assignments and files
Terminating a contract with a troublesome client
Participation in our monthly Pack Walk on Saturday from 9am-10am.
Lunch & Dinner will be provided every day (Monday night through Saturday night). Please notify us of any special dietary considerations or allergies. You will need to provide your own coffee, breakfast, and snacks.

This program begins with a Comprehensive Consultation in order to get to know you, your personality, your business, your goals, and your frustrations so that we have all of the details necessary to give you the best business ideas that benefit you the most.
You will need a Gmail account, Marco Polo, and Zoom. (Click on the "green" links to download the apps directly to your mobile device.)
Once we have the dates scheduled, plan on flying or driving to Bakers Acres K9 Academy in Springville, Utah and staying for at least 7 days; arriving by Monday afternoon to be here in time for dinner and departing Sunday morning in order to attend our Monthly Pack Walk and Dog Trainers Dinner.
You may bring a dog with you as long as that dog has no severe behavioral issues and presents no threat to other dogs, people, or our personal property. You will need to sign a liability waiver and provide proof of vaccinations, or titer showing immunity, and a health certificate from your veterinarian showing they are healthy and not carrying any contagious illnesses.
