Find the perfect puppy or adopted dog for your family
How to find and choose the perfect dog.
Have you ever wondered why we spend so much time test driving new cars, or walking through multiple houses, but impulsively buy or adopt a new dog without much forethought? This is a living creature that you will need to feed, walk, train, and which will most likely live for more than a decade, sometimes two! Save money and heartache by finding the perfect puppy or adopted dog for your family from the start.
How does this work?
This program begins BEFORE you bring your new puppy or adopted dog home! We start with a Family Interview in order to get to know you, your lifestyle, your current family situation, and any plans you have for the near future so we have all the details necessary to give you the best recommendations and focus our attention on the right breed, temperament, and training level that will match you and your family.
Once youâve settled on a breed/mix and breeder/rescue/shelter, we will help you choose the right puppy or adopted dog for your lifestyle with a Puppy Aptitude Test and Behavior Evaluation.
As soon as you bring your new puppy or adopted dog home we will help you âpuppy-proofâ your home and go over the basics of raising a puppy and set your dog up for life!
